Deposits •After booking, you are required to make a non refundable deposit to secure you’re appointment. •All deposits are nonrefundable unless. you contact me directly to cancel your appointment due to personal reasons Policy •Please arrive to your appointment free of any makeup/lash glue ( as it can affect your lash retention) •Feel free to reach out to reschedule if you are feeling sick •No extra guest, please Fills •Mini fills are available but have to be booked within a week of your last appointment •Must be within the 3 week period anything over 3 weeks will be charged as a fullset •Must come into fill appointment with at least 50% of lashes left. Anything less will be considered a fullset. If you aren't sure, feel free to message me a picture/video Cancelation / Late policy • 15 min grace period • $15 late fee •Anything beyond the 15-minute mark will result in a cancellation & need to be rescheduled Please note that any rescheduling/cancellation request must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. •No call No shows will be charged 80% of your service. Will have to be paid prior to re booking

Cancellation Policy
